Krista started her Pilates journey in 2001 while living in NYC as a professional dancer. She’s been a Pilates teacher for nearly two decades and she’s operated her own studio for over a decade. She has taught numerous teacher training programs and hosted master teachers at her studio over the years. She is excited to host this mini mentorship workshop and share her skills with other professionals to help them feel more confident and successful in their Pilates journey.
