ABOUT NATALIE

Natalie, recently returned home to Pittsburgh after spending time in Santa Monica, where she worked as a private chef for a performance agency. During that time, she developed a deeper understanding and passion for nutrition and its role in wellness and recovery.

Her journey with movement began through dance at an early age, fostering an awareness of the body. This love of movement eventually led her to Pilates, where she discovered a powerful method for building strength, enhancing flexibility, deepening the mind-body connection.

Natalie is dedicated to guiding others through intentional movement that supports both
physical and mental well-being. Drawing from her dance background, she’ll emphasize fluidity, control, and alignment in each session.
