Cleo Zell, Certified Pilates Instructor: Physical activity and mindfulness have always been major parts of Cleo’s life. Her love of movement stems from the benefits it brings to both our minds and our bodies. In addition to years of practicing yoga and dancing of all kinds (modern, ballet, jazz, lyrical, and zumba), she has been doing mat Pilates since 2012. On a trip to San Diego, she discovered reformer Pilates and found it to be her favorite way to feel energetic, stronger, and more balanced. As both “cheerleader” and “drill sergeant”, she wants to share her passion for and the benefits of Pilates with her students and the community. Cleo because a certified Pilates instructor in November 2016, having completed her 450-hour comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training with Krista Garabedian PMA®-CPT at Lates Pilates.
